We are a husband and wife team, I write and make and he creates the mosts amazing images for the blog. We try to use local and homegrown ingredients in our recipes and also feature reviews of venues and products. We enjoy life and enjoy real food.

Jack Straw the British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Blackburn since 1979. Straw served in the Cabinet from 1997 to 2010 under the governments of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. Jack blog raises topical regional issues and gets his followers to comment and throw in the idea. Its a great open discussion blog .
The Awards are the brainchild and passion of Gemma Pears, from Preston, Lancashire who established UK Blog Awards Ltd on 23rd May 2013. Gemma is an experienced event, marketing and project manager who wrote her first blog post in 2008 and has helped establish and maintain blogs for a number of different companies during her working career. I remember the days when it mum’s vine. My mother always new what I was doing before I had done it, Well Blog Preston is the same and brings topical debate about thing happening in the Preston area. If its not been on Preston Blog then its not happened!
Another blog that highlight s everything about Preston but is more focus on exciting project that are happening such as the new of the electrification of the Blackpool-Preston Line.
3. Preston Poet
Lots of blogs sell a services, this just brings a way for readers to relax in poetry. Not all of the poetry is about Lancashire but the Poets themselves are.
Another blog that is only trying to sell to you what’s outside your own window. Nature is everywhere and we have plenty of greenier in Lancashire un touched by the developers.
Paul Heathcote MBE, has his own blog on the very finest of cuisine. Paul’s a passionate blogger which is fantastic has he has 2 restaurants to run too.
